![]() CMN Events in February! HELP MAKE A DIFFERENCE FEB 2ND & 3RD (RAPIDS) FEB 23RD & 24TH~ BAKE SALE FEB 24TH (RAPIDS) ~ BRAT FRY/SUMMER IN FEBRUARY!! BIG Change to Online Banking Security! Accessing your Account Information with Random PIN… Members’ Advantage will be moving away from Challenge Questions to authenticate your identity when you login from a new computer. The new, stronger security method will be Random PIN generation. When you login to Advantage Online for the first time after the update, you will be prompted one time only for a Random PIN email address. A random PIN will then be emailed to you at this address. You must LEAVE YOUR BROWSER OPEN while you access your email to retrieve this PIN. If you navigate away from the browser to open your email, the system will need to generate another new Random PIN. Anytime after the initial login, whenever you access your Advantage Online from an unauthorized computer, a new Random PIN will be generated. It will always be emailed to you at the email address you first provided, and you’ll need to retrieve and use this PIN to access your MACU accounts online. Please NOTE: If at any time you do not receive the PIN, check your SPAM or Junk email folder; the Random PIN email may be caught there. If your cell phone carrier is not an option under Use my Mobile Phone, Select email and type your text message address. Use the list below to know your address: Provider Domain We are currently looking into Verizon to find out why it is not working and will let you know when it is. As always, if you have any questions or problems accessing the website with this new security, please contact a Member Service Representative for assistance at 715-421-1610. Switch to a Credit Union
