Are you having trouble accessing Online Banking?

If you are having problems accessing your Online Banking, please do the following:

For Internet Explorer:

  1. Go to Internet Explorer
  2. Go to Tools
  3. Go to Internet Options
  4. Click the Advanced Tab
  5. Scroll down to Security
  6. Under security, check the Use TLS 1.0 box
  7. Click Apply
  8. Click OK

For Google Chrome:

  1. Go to Google Chrome
  2. Click on the wrench tool
  3. Click on options
  4. Click network proxy settings
  5. Click the advanced tab
  6. Scroll down and check the Use TLS 1.0 box
  7. Click Apply
  8. Click OK

This should allow you to access your Online Banking. Please make sure you have an updated Internet Browser. If you have any problems or questions,
